		<description>I go to work.  I have no choice.  I cannot take a vacation or sick day every time my child wants/needs to stay home from school.  I usually make them go in, unless I can tell they are REALLY sick.  Then I check on them during the day and go home for lunch with some soup or something.  And I try to minimize the guilt - there&#039;s no way to avoid it completely, but it doesn&#039;t help the situation at all, so I try to ignore it.</description>
